Customers must sign in to a registered account. We match the order number and checkout email against a fully paid order marked shipped or completed. Product-specific reviews must match an item in that order. You can review a specific product or your overall order experience.
Feedback is published without filtering for positive ratings. Verification confirms an order record; it does not prove a carrier delivery scan. Never include your address, phone number or other private details in public feedback.
