Important: YGamerDesk is a custom paid preorder. Production begins March 7, 2027. That is the production start date, not the date your desk ships. You receive a complete carrier quote and applicable tax before you decide to pay.
Custom order agreement
The agreement below is version 2026-09-26-v6-owner-studio. We store the version and text you actually signed with your order. Your signed copy, invoice and receipt are available from your private order tracker.
Preorder phase
This is a paid preorder, not an in-stock purchase. Production begins March 7, 2027. Your payment helps fund the materials and equipment needed to produce the first collection. March 7 is the production start date, not a shipping or delivery date. Each desk is decorated and finished by hand. Expansion and future product upgrades are plans, not included features or guarantees.
Your custom order
YForge Gaming will customize a YGamerDesk with the artwork, colors, and specifications approved in writing by you. Your cart selections, order details, and final written design approval identify the work. Concept images are previews, not photographs or a promise of an exact screen-to-print color match. Third-party artwork must be authorized for reproduction.
Price and payment
The desk price for this request appears in your signed order summary. YForge Gaming pays the first $100 of the quoted carrier shipping cost per desk. You pay the rest, if any. If the carrier quote is $100 or less per desk, you pay no shipping. After you submit your address, we obtain the carrier quote and show you the desk price, any courtesy discount, your share of shipping, applicable tax and the full amount in an invoice before you choose to pay. Submitting and signing the request does not charge you; you may decline the quote before payment. We do not begin production until the full invoice is paid, Square confirms payment, and the final design is approved in writing. Any eligible installment arrangement is between you and the payment-plan provider.
Shipping promise
Production begins March 7, 2027—not delivery. Ships within 10 business days after the later of that date, full payment confirmation, and final written design approval. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded; carrier transit time is additional. The desk ships disassembled from Milford, Massachusetts 01757. Assembly and in-home setup are not included. Provide a complete delivery address and any access instructions.
Changes and delays
Contact us before approving the design if you need changes. Any later change to the scope, price, or shipping date requires written agreement. If we cannot meet the promised shipment date, we will notify you, offer a revised date, and let you choose to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. We will not treat a custom order as a waiver of your rights concerning late shipment.
Preorder refunds
You may request a full refund of your preorder payment, including delivery and tax, by emailing yforgegaming@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. There is no preorder cancellation fee. We will confirm your request and process the refund to the original payment method; bank processing time is additional. Sending a request does not itself trigger an instant or automatic refund. If your desk has already shipped, contact us to arrange the return and refund. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Premium first collection
All 10 presented collection designs belong to our premium collection. Each desk will carry a collection label. Every preorder delivery includes a surprise thank-you gift to celebrate our first desk release. The gift and design-specific extras will be revealed later; no particular accessory or upgrade is promised. We plan to refresh the collection every six months; future designs, upgrades and availability are not guaranteed. Concept images are previews of design direction, not finished-product photographs.
Damage and other problems
Report shipping damage, missing parts, or a mismatch with the approved specification to yforgegaming@gmail.com with your order number and photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Electronic signature
By typing your full name and checking the acceptance box, you intend to sign this agreement electronically and consent to receiving this agreement as an electronic record. You can print or save the agreement and your signed copy from your order tracker. You may contact yforgegaming@gmail.com for a copy or to discuss signing on paper before payment. Keep a copy for your records.
Privacy and order records
We collect your name, contact details, shipping address, desk design and delivery notes to prepare quotes, fulfill orders, provide support and send progress updates. We keep the signed agreement, invoice, payment status, fulfillment and tax records needed to operate the business. Your uploaded artwork and customization brief are used to prepare your requested design; please submit only files you are authorized to use. Square handles card payment details; we do not ask you to email card numbers. Service providers involved in site hosting, email, payments and shipment may receive information needed for those tasks. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to ask about access or correction; records needed for transactions, tax or disputes may need to be retained.
Website use and artwork
Images and previews show a design direction and may differ from the final handmade finish. We agree the final artwork and any material changes in writing before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted characters, brands or uploaded artwork; we may decline unlicensed requests. We may stop abusive or fraudulent use of the site. Nothing in these policies limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
Sales tax and shipping quote
When applicable, sales tax is shown separately on the final invoice and Square checkout using the destination tax configuration. YForge contributes the first $100 per desk toward the actual quoted carrier charge; you pay any remaining delivery amount. We verify packed dimensions and obtain a carrier quote after your address is submitted. Your order request and electronic signature do not charge you. We invite you to pay the complete quoted amount only after you can review it.
