About the design & film
The film condenses six sequential stages of an authored plan imported into the real Studio. The finished views are captured from its 3D preview. The 24 × 28 ft room is a sample concept; a built project needs its own measurements, equipment review and agreed scope.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Your written proposal and signed agreement confirm the start date and project-specific schedule, including material availability, site access and any specialist work. Timing changes are agreed in writing.

Is the gaming room planner free?
Creating and previewing concepts is free. Technical files, blueprints and measurement packages require verified payment for the specific project. Save editable private drafts; your first four published projects are free. Additional publications require approved commercial access. Published projects are locked until an admin approves editing. Other creators’ paid designs need their separate licenses.
What can I combine in my GameRoom?
Mix wallpaper artwork, paint, epoxy finish concepts, decorative plywood or drywall structures, backlit panels, spotlights and desk layouts. Keep the choices together in one measured project. Materials, equipment and installation are quoted separately.
How does the designer program work?
Create an original room, save a private version, then choose whether to publish a free preview. Set your own one-time design-license price. The planned split is 90% for the creator and 10% for YForge maintenance, before any agreed payment fees and taxes. Design checkout and payouts are not active yet.
Can someone download my paid design for free?
Public visitors can preview it. Every customer needs a completed paid license before any blueprint, editable file or video download. Repeat downloads of the purchased version are included. Paid checkout is being prepared; listings are preview-only until it launches.
Do I keep control of my designs?
Yes. Keep drafts private and editable. Publishing is final: later changes need admin approval. You may hide a public preview, but this does not unlock it or restore a free publication slot. Previously purchased versions and their creator attribution are retained. Share only original work or artwork you have permission to license.
Can YForge build my room?
Request a private installation quote for a Massachusetts address. The digital plan starts the conversation; final site measurements, material suitability and construction details must be reviewed before work begins. YGamerDesk delivery is available across the United States, with shipping and tax shown before payment.
